We're getting married!

After being together for four years, we’re getting married on Saturday, November 5th, 2022! This means a celebration is in order and we’d love for you to join us! We both love New Orleans and want to share our love for this city, its culture, the amazing food, gorgeous drinks, jazzy music and fun traditions with you!

Below you will find information about the wedding day, the venue, our thoughts on gifts, lodging and how to reach us if you have more questions.

To help make this an unforgettable day, you will receive an RSVP link by email. Using that link, please let us know before September 1st if you are able to attend our special day and if you have any dietary restrictions.

We have a few things that are still in the works, so we will be updating this page regularly. We will alert you via email with updates.

The Day Of

We really want to turn November 5th into a party! Because of this we have put together the following itinerary. Some things are to be determined, but we will update you as soon as we can with more details.

What’s going to happen on November 5th, 2022:

4:30 pm We will start our celebration with a traditional New Orleans Second Line . We ask everyone to gather on the neutral ground (park in the middle of the street) at Esplanade Ave and Dauphine St (right across from the restaurant Port of Call ) at 4:30pm sharp. If you want to bring kids or friends and family that will not be attending the rest of the evening, please do so! The parade will stop on the corner of Esplanade Ave and Marais street and when the band is done we will walk to the wedding venue.
5:00 pm At The Seraphim House, we will have our ceremony before we all really get the party started. We will celebrate with a live band, New Orleans, Japanese and Dutch inspired foods and curated cocktails. So bring your dancing shoes and an appetite.
9:00 pm The celebration at The Seraphim House ends at 8:45 pm, but that doesn’t mean we’re done! From there, we will walk a few blocks to Kermit’s Tremé Mother-in-Law Lounge for an after party. And yes, Kermit will play!
Late With those who are still standing, including us, we might finish the evening on Frenchmen Street.

The Venue

Most of the evening will be spent at The Seraphim House . We both love this location because of its very New Orleans vibe.
